Our bodies are the sum of our experiences...good, bad or indifferent. It is through these experiences we shape our character, moral understanding and how we present ourselves to the world. Yet, most of us have no conceptual understanding of WHY we do certain things. Why do I stay up at night? Why do I lash out at the ones I love? Why am I anxious without a probable cause? Is it from a past trauma? A negative relationship with my family? Or possibly, that heartbreak that we thought we overcame. Our goal is to bring this out from your subconscious mind with a Transformational Breath-Work Journey. Through this process we allow ourselves to heal from our past traumas, to let go of the past and finally.....forgive.
