Accompanied by music, you will breathe in a rhythmic motion to induce a deep state of calm.  By the power of your own breath you will begin a journey like no other, being guided to dive deeper and deeper into your subconscious to better understand the traumas that are holding you back.  Through this session you will begin to unravel your history and issues that you’ve kept suppressed throughout your life.  In doing this you can begin your healing process and reach a new level of personal transcendence.

RETENTION BREATH - WORK: 90 MINUTE SESSION

Surpass your Limitations

Become better intune with your breath and increase your lung capacity with this breathwork!  This style of breathwork is ideal for those that are looking to add a new style of training to their daily practice.  You will be amazed by how in just a single session you can increase your ability to withstand “air hunger”.  This is the state where holding your breath becomes unbearable—yet, through consistent training you will see your durations of breath hold increasing not by seconds, but by minutes!  This skill is invaluable to those that are looking to begin a path to cold/heat exposure training.

5 WEEK PROGRAM: PATH OF SELF

Transformational Breath - Work

This path is designed to help you come to terms with the traumas of the past and anxieties of the present.  We will lead you through a 5 week process with each week, having a new theme and focus for each session.  This is ideal for someone that wants to have a deeper understanding of themselves.  Our goal is to bring to light that which hides in the shadows of your mind, to better grasp your relation to that pain.  By taking ownership of that role you play in that pain remaining present in your life you can begin to heal and reprogram your relationship with it.

5 WEEK PROGRAM: PATH OF MIND

Mixture Training of Retention Breath - Work, Sauna and Cold Plunge

If you’re someone that is plagued by anxiety or just wish to challenge yourself physically and mentally this is the path for you!  We will lead you through a progressive training regiment with a mixture of Breath - Work, Cold and Heat exposure training.  We will induce a level of stress in a safe and controlled environment with a sauna and Cold Plunge.  Mixing these in a way that will allow for immense personal growth and the ability to continue the practice on an individual basis after the 5 weeks are complete.


Week 1:  Intro to Retention Breath - Work


Week 2:  Heat Exposure


Week 3:  Cold Exposure


Week 4:  Heat and Cold Exposure


Week 5:  Threshold Training
