I have taken 4 of these workshops with Brian and each time has brought a new, amazing experience. This method is great in that it helped me deal with anxiety, past traumas and has just brought about a greater awareness. It is kind of like hypnosis meets meditation and can benefit anyone who is willing to just give themselves over to the process. I highly recommend it and Brian does a great job keeping you relaxed and in the right headspace to make the experience what you need it to be.

I was very skeptical when first hearing about the whole process of breath-work but I came in with an open mind. I was very surprise that it actually works! My body went into a paralyzed state just by focusing on my breath. During the session my mind was clear and I was able to let go of my emotions. Through the years I have done meditation but never was able to quiet my thoughts enough to really experience the full benefits. When Brian offered the opportunity to experience Breath-work I was very intrigued but didn’t know if I could allow myself to become fully immersed. From the first moment, I felt this was different. Brian walked us through the whole process, detailing how he would be guiding us, what he would be saying, what we would be feeling, hearing, etc. This allowed me to relax and know I was in a safe space to allow myself to fully experience what breath-work has to offer. I have now done 3 workshops and have experienced something different, with a positive result, each time. All interesting unique feelings, thoughts and releases.
